Creating a pathway for top international players to qualify as ACL Professional Cornhole players.

ACL International Pros

Each player who qualifies as a 2024-2025 ACL International Pro, through the criteria outlined below for their respective program (Canada or Europe), will have the ability to market themselves as professional cornhole players.

ACL Canada and ACL Europe Pros will have the opportunity to compete in their respective Pro events during the 2025-2026 season. Each Pro will be assigned an ACL Canada or ACL Europe Pro tag in their player profile system.

International players who are interested in qualifying as a 2025-2026 ACL International Pro can read the details below for your respective area.

Ways to Qualify

Below are the ways, in order, to qualify to become an ACL Pro for the 2026-2027 Season. All rankings references will be for 20245-2026 ACL Canada Pro standings. There will be a minimum of 48 permanent ACL Canada Pro contracts offered:

  1. Top 16 ranked ACL Pro players in ACL Canada Pro standings.
  2. Top 4 ranked ACL Canada Pro Women in ACL Canada Pro standings. Note: any females qualified for #1 will still count towards the 4.
  3. Top 4 women in ACL Canada Open standings who do not qualify as an ACL Canada Pro outlined in #1-2 above.
  4. Top 2 Elite ranked non-pro players via ACL Canada Pro standings.
  5. Top 8 ranked Elite players or ACL Canada Pro players in ACL Canada Open standings who do not qualify as an ACL Canada Pro outlined in #1-4 above.
  6. Top 4 players from ACL Canada Open standings who have not already qualified for ACL Canada Pro from points #1-#5 above; any membership level.
  7. Top 4 finishers at the 2026 ACL Canada Pro Qualifier will qualify to be an ACL Canada Pro. All 2025-2026 ACL Canada Pros who did not qualify in #1-5 above will be eligible to play in this event along with other players.
  8. Top 2 players in each of the ACL Provincial (6 total) points standings. Players who qualify via #1-7 outlined above will still count towards the 2.
  9. Winner of the 2025 Canada Cornhole Federation Junior Singles National Championship will qualify to be an ACL Canada pro.
  10. Top Junior in Open points.

If there are fewer than 48 players from the steps above then the remaining spots will be filled from.

  1. ACL Canada National staff hold the right to accept players from Sponsor Exceptions.
  2. Remaining spots will alternate between next players in Open Standings and Pro Standings.

The ACL Europe Pro field recognizes the top players across a diverse range of countries within Europe. Up to 28 players will qualify as ACL Europe Pros for the 2026 season. Players with citizenship or residency in a European country can earn ACL Europe Pro status in one of the following ways:

  1. Finish in the top 26 of the 2025 ACL Europe standings
  2. Top 2 females in the ACL Europe Open standings (outside of the top 26)
  3. Winner of the Zuca Europe Junior Tour (player must be in the Top 100 of Open standings)
  4. ACL Europe reserves the right to offer exemptions for extenuating circumstances.
