VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The American Cornhole League (ACL) is proud to announce its upcoming partnership with the Super Girl Festival Series, bringing three days of beachfront cornhole competition to Virginia Beach over Labor Day Weekend, September 5–7, 2026.
Three Days of Beachfront Cornhole Competition Join a Celebration of Women in Sports, Music and Culture
The partnership brings the ACL into an event built around a mission that extends far beyond competition: creating opportunities, visibility and platforms for women in sports and other traditionally underrepresented spaces.
Founded in 2007 and produced by ASA Entertainment, the Super Girl Festival Series has grown into one of the premier women-focused sports, music and lifestyle platforms in the world. Across its events, Super Girl reaches nearly 250,000 attendees, features more than 8,000 female athletes competing across 14 sports, and has generated approximately 1,200 hours of television coverage.
For the ACL, joining Super Girl represents an exciting opportunity to introduce cornhole to a new audience while celebrating the continued growth and visibility of women in sports.

THREE DAYS OF ACL CORNHOLE ON THE BEACH
Throughout the three-day festival, the ACL will host Mixed Doubles Double Elimination tournaments on the Virginia Beach oceanfront.
Competition will take place daily from 1:00–5:00 p.m., with cash and prizes awarded each day. Players will have the opportunity to register on-site, warm up and enjoy free play beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The ACL activation will also feature several ACL partners and individuals representing the cornhole community, including:

Event partners will be on-site throughout the weekend with merchandise, cornhole bags and opportunities for festival attendees to connect with the growing cornhole community.
SPORT, COMMUNITY AND OPPORTUNITY
The Super Girl Festival Series was created to empower, uplift and inspire women by providing athletic, social, cultural, educational, business and entertainment opportunities in spaces where women have traditionally been underrepresented.
That mission closely aligns with the ACL's continued efforts to grow opportunities for women throughout the cornhole, from grassroots competition and local communities to the sport's biggest stages.
Super Girl currently features women's competition and mentorship across sports including surfing, skateboarding, beach volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, flag football, basketball, competitive cheer, running, snowboarding, BMX, esports and more.
Adding cornhole to the Virginia Beach experience gives festival attendees another opportunity to discover a sport built around competition, accessibility and community.

The Super Girl Festival is free to attend and family-focused, giving ACL players, families and fans the opportunity to experience three days of competition alongside women's sports, live music, wellness, entertainment and festival activities.
