ACL Announces “Mic Check: The Search for the Next Great Cornhole Commentator”

We're looking for the next great voice that can turn a "four-bagger" into a viral moment. Think you have what it takes to call the shots?

The American Cornhole League (ACL) is launching Mic Check: The Search for the Next Great Cornhole Commentator, a nationwide talent search to find the next voice of the sport.

Cornhole has exploded into one of the fastest-growing sports in America, and ACL broadcasts reach millions of fans across ESPN, YouTube, TikTok, and more. Now, the league is inviting passionate fans, aspiring broadcasters, and natural storytellers to step behind the mic.

If calling an airmail, breaking down a bar of soap, or capturing the drama of a championship round is your dream, we want to hear you.

Submit your best commentary reel for a chance to earn a spot at the ACL World Championships and compete for the opportunity to join the broadcast team.

Contest Timeline

March 20 – June 8, 2026
Submissions are open.

June 8 – June 27, 2026
Selected entrants will be invited for callback evaluations.

July 27 – August 2, 2026
Finalists face off live at the ACL World Championships.

Mid-August 2026
The winner will be announced.

Prizing

Finalists
Selected finalists will receive three nights of lodging during the ACL World Championships (July 27 – August 2, 2026) and will compete live for the title.

Winner
The winner will receive the opportunity to sign a contract with the American Cornhole League to commentate at three or more ACL events during the 2026–2027 season.
