ACL CANADA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
July 16-19, 2026The ACL Canada National Championship is back—returning to Ottawa, Ontario for four days of premier competition from July 16–19, 2026. This is the biggest stage in Canadian cornhole, where the nation’s top Pros, Amateurs, and up-and-coming players come together to compete for national titles.
The week gets underway Thursday with the Pro/Elite Final Qualifier and a full lineup of Singles divisions.
Friday delivers a full day of high-stakes action, highlighted by Pro Teams, multiple Singles divisions, and many new divisions with deep competitive fields across all tiers.
Saturday brings Doubles during the day before wrapping up with the fan-favourite Blind Draw Crew Cup.
Sunday closes it all out with the 2027 ACL Canada Pro Qualifier and the Big Blind Draw.
From the first bags thrown to the final matches on Sunday, this event is all about top-tier competition, great energy, and unforgettable moments. Whether you're playing or spectating, this is one you won’t want to miss.

- Registration will be ACL Digital Wallet ONLY. Cash will NOT be accepted for event registration.
- NO Refunds will be given once online registration closes. Players will not be allowed to transfer their registration to another player.
- An AMATEUR player is any player who has not signed a contract with the ACL.
- ACL Open points will be awarded for Singles and Doubles going towards ACL Canada Open standings.
- ACL Canada Pro Points will be awarded for Pro Singles and Pro Doubles.
- ACL Local points will be awarded for all other tournaments.
- Register by using the “Register” link above. Players must have an ACL player account to register.
- Make sure to be aware of your CPI on your account to know which Blind Draw and Singles tier to sign up for.
- Memberships can be purchased through the player portal under "My Account".
- Make sure the information in your player profile is correct, especially your cell phone number and email for important information.
- Activate push notifications before attending the event to receive court assignments & bracket links.
- Early registration for Diamond and Platinum members is available from when the event is posted to 4 weeks prior to event start. Any remaining spots after Diamond/Platinum Early Bird registration, will open for all members 4 weeks prior.
- Online registration closes 1 day before the event. After that, players can sign up in person at the director's table if spots are available. Walk-up registration ends 1 hour before the tournament starts, with no registrations accepted in the final hour.
- Only one player should register a team for Open Doubles, but all players must register for Singles individually.
- All games will be played until 21.
- P.E.P (Player Engagement Points) - Will be awarded using the points table found in the player guide.
NOTE: The late registration charges and the $10/day cover charge built into registrations will not be added to the payout structure.
Doubles Breakdown
Entries:
- $100/team - Diamond, Platinum & Gold Members.
- $120/team - Club, Basic Members & Walk up registration if spots available. (Online Registration Closes 1 Day Prior to Event Start Date)
- Includes $10/ player venue fee.
- Maximum of 192 Teams.
Format:
- ACL Doubles Rounders is a progressive round robin format:
- All teams are put in a pool.
- 6 rounds will be played by each team.
- First-round match-ups will be randomly chosen.
- For each round after, players will be matched up against another team with the same or similar record.
- EX: 1-0 teams will play 1-0 teams, 3-1 teams will play 3-1 teams, or similar.
- All games will be played until 21.
- After the last round, players will be seeded and teams will be divided into four groups: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4.
- Players will then receive a double-elimination bracket that determines which level they were placed in.
- Tier 1 will be an even 32 or 64 teams and Tiers 2-4 will split the remaining teams equally.
Payouts:
All entries will be combined for a 60% payout of entries. The additional door charges will not be added to the payout structure.

Structure:
- All players register as individuals.
- Players' CPIs are sorted and ranked.
- Teams of 4 players are formed by snake sorting players.
- Crew Cup Check-In is 2 hours before the event.
- Team rosters are emailed 30 minutes before the event.
- The top name on the team list is the captain, who can be followed in the bracket.

Structure:
Entry:
- $30/player - Diamond, Platinum & Gold Members.

- Maximum 192 players.
Format:
- All players will play 4 rounds of ACL Swap.
- Each game you will be assigned a new partner.
- After 4 games, you will be seeded based on your Win-Loss record (tie breaker points +/-) to be put into brackets. If there are over 48 players there will be 2 brackets. Tier 1 Bracket will have a maximum of 96 players.
- Bracket pairings will be made by doing an A-B blind draw with the players in each tier.
Payout:

- 1 Place for every 5 Teams
Pro / Elite Final Qualifier
- 6 games of rounders
- Top placing players get entry into ACL Canada Pro Brackets for that event weekend. (6 players)
- All players who qualified to participate in at least 1 ACL Canada Pro event at a 2025/2026 ACL Canada Open and are outside the top 36 in Pro Standings may enter.
- All players must use ACL Pro 2026 Stamped bags.
2027 ACL Canada Pro Qualifier
- 6 games of rounders
- Top 32 players after rounders will play single elimination brackets and the Final 4 will qualify to be 2027 ACL Canada Pros.
- Any Canadian player not already qualified to be a 2027 ACL Canada Pro may enter.
- All players must use ACL Pro 2026 Stamped bags.
Womens Doubles / Mixed Doubles
