Registration for Canada Open #4 will be available on February 28th.
The schedule is subject to change.
Registration will be ACL Digital Wallet ONLY. Cash will NOT be accepted for event registration.
NO Refunds will be given once online registration closes (2 Days Prior to Event Start Date). Players will not be allowed to transfer their registration to another player.
Register by using the “Register” Link in the Player app. Players must have an ACL player account to register. Memberships can be purchased through the player portal under "My Account".
Players must have money pre-loaded into their ACL Digital Wallet to pay for registration. Make sure the information in your player profile is correct, especially your cell phone number for text alerts and email for important information.
Registration will be open to platinum members on February 28th. Gold Members on March 7th and open to the public on March 14th.
Online registration will close 2 days prior to the event start date. After online registration closes, players will still be able to sign up in person at the directors table for any available spots. Walk up registration closes 1 hour prior to tournament start time. There will be NO registrations added within 1 hour of the event start.
Only one player should register a team for Open Doubles, but all players must register for Singles individually.
Player Costs & Payouts
Doubles:
- $100/team - Diamond & Platinum Members.
- $120/team - Gold Members.
- $140/team - Club, Basic Members & Walk up registration if spots available. (Online Registration Closes 2 Days Prior to Event Start Date)
- Includes $10/ player venue fee.
- Maximum of 128 Teams.
Doubles Payouts: All entries will be combined for a 60% payout.
- 70% for Tier 1
- 20% for Tier 2
- 10% for Tier 3
Singles:
- $50/player - Diamond & Platinum Members.
- $60/player - Gold Members.
- $70/player - Club, Basic Members & Walk up registration if spots available. (Online Registration Closes 2 Days Prior to Event Start Date)
- All players MUST play in the skill level shown on their player profile. The Open division is available for Pros, Diamond and Advanced skill levels only. All Pros and Diamond members must play in the Open division.
- Includes $10/ player venue fee.
- Maximum of 248 players.
Singles Payouts:
- Singles entry fees being pooled, 60% of the entry fees are split as follows: 70% Split Between Open & Advanced based on number of players, 20% Competitive, 10% Intermediate.
Novice Singles:
- $30/player - Diamond & Platinum Members.
- $40/player - Gold Members.
- $50/player - Club, Basic Members & Walk up registration if spots available. (Online Registration Closes 2 Days Prior to Event Start Date)
- All players MUST play in the skill level shown on their player profile. The Open division is available for Pros, Diamond and Advanced skill levels only. All Pros and Diamond members must play in the Open division.

ACL SWAP PAYOUTS:
- 70% Overall Payout
- If 2 Tiers of playoff brackets, then 75% to Tier 1 and 25% to Tier 2.
Womens, Mens & Seniors Singles
- $30/player - Diamond, Platinum Members.
- $40/player - Gold Members.
- $50/player - Club, Basic Members & Walk up registration if spots available. (Online Registration Closes 2 Days Prior to Event Start Date)
- Maximum of 64 players per division

Canada Platinum Pro Qualifier
- $50/player - Open to Platinum Members based in Canada.
- Minimum of 4 players qualify to fill the ACL Canada Pro Brackets

Singles, Doubles will have a $10/day/player door charge built into the registration.
NOTE: The late registration charges and the $10/day cover charge built into registrations will not be added to the payout structure. Registration will be ACL Digital Wallet ONLY. Cash will NOT be accepted for event registration.
Tournament Format
- ACL Open points will be awarded for Singles and Doubles going towards ACL Canada standings.
- ACL Local points will be awarded for doubles rounders, swap, qualifier & sit-n-gos.
ACL Doubles Rounders is a Progressive Round Robin format:
- All teams are put in a pool.
- 4 Rounds of Rounders will be played by each team.
- First-round match-ups will be randomly chosen.
- Each round after players will be matched up against another team with the same or similar record. EX: 1-0 teams will play 1-0 teams. 3-1 teams will play 3-1 teams, or similar.
- After the last round, players will be seeded and teams will be divided into three groups: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3.
- Players will then receive a double elimination bracket that determines which level they were placed in.
- There will be 1, 2 or 4 brackets per level depending on the number of entrants (see start times above).
- All games will be played to 21.
Doubles Bracket Breakdown
- Tier 1 will be an even 32 or 64 teams and Tiers 2-3 will split the remaining teams equally.
Swap
- All players will play 4 rounds of ACL Swap.
- Each game you will be assigned a new partner.
- After 4 games, you will be seeded based on your Win-Loss record (tie breaker points +/-) to be put into brackets. Number of Brackets will be determined by the number of total players. A Bracket will have a maximum of 128 players.
- Bracket pairings will be made by doing an A-B blind draw with the players in each tier.
Canada Platinum Pro Qualifier
- 6 games of rounders
- Top placing players get entry into ACL Canada Pro Brackets for that event weekend. (minimum of 4 players)
- All entries must have a paid Platinum Membership and be living in Canada.
CCF Team Canada Qualifier
- Mens Division & Women's Division
- 4 games of rounders
- Top 16 to make a Single Elimination Bracket
- Winners will represent Team Canada at WCO World Cup.
